Recaro, another significant brand from the motorsport world, joined the festivities with their first simracing product in the form of a new rig. The first thing to note is Recaro will not sell the naked chassis, which has to be purchased with a Recaro seat of your choice, for a minimum of 2750€.
The premium price comes with premium quality however, delivering a sophisticated design with winglets, and well integrated seat and pedals adjustability. Recaro obviously plays on its brand image and visual design here to attract a more business focused and luxury oriented customer base, rather than your average simracer who might be looking at extra functionalities and more optimized value proposition.
