Gregory Ballati

Gregory is active in the F1® Game community since F1® 2018. After actively working in the french community, Gregory has reached the F1® Esports level in 2022 (both for the F1® Challengers & F1® Simracing championships). His knowledge of the game, combined with his analytic skills makes him one of the best developper and race engineer you can find.

Gregory is the official Manager of Haas F1® Simracing Team. Previously Manager of the Race Clutch F1 Esports team, under his management, the team has finished 2nd in the PSGL Eseries in 2023 and 2024, competing against Red Bull Simrace F1® Team and Ferrari F1® Esports Team.

Next to his coaching and management skills, Gregory is also a respectable driver:

Gregory is not only active in the F1® Game community but also on Le Mans Ultimate®. His passion for driving led him to develop serious skills in GT Racing, where he started some competitions on Assetto Corsa Competizione.

He notably finished in 2024 in 3rd place (1st LAN team) in the 24hrs for Anna on Assetto Corsa Competizione at Paul Ricard.

Following those experiences, Gregory quickly put his eyes on Le Mans Ultimate® where he competes in GT3 regularly.

Gregory took the same methology that made him succeed in F1® to help our students develop their racing skills in GT3.

 

Tom Lartilleux

Tom is active in the Le Mans Ultimate® community since its beginning. Tom is a former esports professional who has competed at the highest level on multiple games such as Project CARS 1 & 2, Gran Turismo and rFactor2 in Le Mans Virtual.

In all those competitions, Tom has always competed at the top - winning 2 titles in the Virtual Endurance Championship on rFactor 2 and much more. Passionate about endurance racing and Hypercars combined with his knowledge of Le Mans Ultimate® makes him one of the best developper and driver you can find.

Dylan Noel

Dylan is one of the most rewarded esports simracer in rally, leading the 4x times World Champions team Race Clutch.

His skills behind the wheel translated with 2 podiums finishes in world championship finals of Esports WRC®. His knowledge and passion for rallying makes him a great coach and teacher to anyone who would like to jump into the world of virtual rallying, from beginners to pro.

As an expert, Dylan is also a 2x French Champion in Richard Burns Rally, and redacting for french magazine "Rallye Magazine" papers on the virtual world. He is regularly networking with real rally drivers as well to stay sharp and propose the best experience possible.

If there’s one name that stands out in the simracing world, it’s Richard Arnaud.

A true pioneer with over 15 years of experience, Richard has worked closely with some of the biggest names in real-world motorsport — from Formula 1 to WEC and WRC — and is the visionary founder behind Race Clutch. Between 2017 and 2022, he was the driving force behind the Race Clutch Esports team, guiding it to podiums and titles across the most prestigious competitions:
