Refunds & returns

There is no refund on the website. Purchases are definitive. In case there is any issue in the delivery of your Virtual Assets, please contact us via our Contact Form available on the website.

Coaching sessions booked are definitive purchase, but can be re-scheduled no more than 2 times due to circumstances of the Customer or Race Clutch Center. In thoses cases, the customer and/or Race Clutch Center will exchange by email. After 2 unsuccessful attempts, the payment will be due to Race Clutch Center.
