Simgasm, the new simracing chassis manufacturer, were also attending the expo. Their Sport line of aluminium profiles with Atlas seats were available in both GT and Formula positions.
The Simgasm rigs immediately strike by the beauty of their smooth designs and colors. The Atlas seat in particular impresses by the fact you don't notice it's actually build in 2 parts : there's no visible mounting hardware such as bolts or screws, no joint is felt as you sit in it, and the seat remains perfectly rigid.

Despite being a pre-production version, it's quite comfortable with the foam pads and lumbar cushions - moreso in GT position in our opinion, as the Formula version is very rounded and requires a lot of tilting to achieve the desired position. WIth 5 harness holes, the Atlas seats also open up the possibility to use belt tensionners.

However, the fiberglass shell with foam pads design makes us wonder about a potential incompatibility with haptic cushions, but the question still needs a formal answer at this stage. There is still a bit of time however, as the release is planned for the end of the year.
